Day 2 – Kite Starter | SLE

About
The fun really starts to kick in now as our JB Kitesurfing – Kite starter lesson will teach you how to fly the bigger more powerful Kitesurfing / SLE (Supported Leading Edge) kites we use when on the water.
This 4 – 5* hour intensive lesson starts with a refresher of your Core skills before teaching you how to launch, land, implement safety systems, water re launch, pack down your SLE Kitesurfing kite and create traction by “body dragging”. These skills are harder than you might think but they are huge fun to learn.
This is also the perfect session for you guys that have had lessons more than 6 months ago and basically haven`t had the time to get back out there. For many of you, to go to your local beach for the first time in a long time is daunting and actually very dangerous. This is all about getting you back in the harness and flying your kite safely and in control.
AIM: By the end of the day we aim to get you to a level where you can pass your BKSA level 1 test and have the skills in order to join Step 3 and the advanced techniques of water balance and water start.
For full details of what we teach you please select the Lesson plan tab below.
* If your lesson has only 2 persons then your lesson will be for 4 hours
