A great Kitesurfing lesson session was had with Karl at Long Rock beach. Karl had a few random lessons over a month ago so we started with a refresher to body drag and water re launch. Karls kite skills were pretty good straight away so I was able to get him back on track quite quickly and even better was able to bring the board out and teach water start technique.

Legend, all of the building blocks I put in place clicked and he was up and away, happy days indeed, Rock on Karl

What a lovely family – Simon, Claire, Skoop, Guy and Tom. These guys called up a while ago looking for a way to have a great and Active holiday in St Ives Cornwall, we had a few calls and changed a few ideas as the weather was sunny then rainy then sunny, however we put together a pretty much perfect itinerary for them.

“Hi Julius

 It has been very hectic since we got back but I have meaning to drop you a line to say a big thank you!

 Where to start? For a short trip we certainly managed, with you help, to pack plenty in. Firstly please give our thanks to Paul for a great mountain biking adventure! He was really great and managed to keep all of us large and small boys, not to mention Mum, in the saddle and learning new tricks the whole time. Rain and mud made it all the more fun and the emergency Haribo boost hit the spot perfectly. Great Job.

Also a big thank-you to Zap-Cat Graham who produced some seriously wide grins from the usually hard to impress teenagers!  That thing can really go and is quite unlike any boat any of us had been in before! Loved the sound of the blowcarts and all the other great toys. We also thought his plans for adventure camping sounded really great. All the kit, comfy camping and no need for a massive garage back at home!

 For me my day of Kite-surfing was the highlight. I have been meaning to try this for years but was a bit nervous after 3 decades of windsurfing. I am completely sure your one-on-one instruction made all the difference and was responsible for a great start. I am certainly now am raring to have another go at it and have something great to daydream about at work! I was especially impressed by your enthusiastic and reassuring approach and I never felt I was about to loose it despite plenty of breeze!

 I should also say that when I arrived back at the St Ives town beach the boys were still surfing away and had to be dragged out of the water (now serious aficionados)!

 Many thanks for you faultless organisation and endless adaptability – we had a really great break and are planning our next trip already!

Great news guys

You can now upgrade your Kitesurfing lesson to include use of the Instructor to Student intercom system.

We have found this to be a really good way to increase your learning speed and comfort zone in the water, happy days indeed
